Nothing was to my dislike, Salary and compensations could have surely been better at par with market standards. Many juniors were unhappy in this regard.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.i have to complete the given task with answering to client Emails.

They provide good Infrastructure, two way cabs, health care.

...thing if they want to hire you even if you don't know to communicate in English. The do not provide hikes based on merit, humongous pay gap between employees who are hired for same roles. Managers hire female candidates based on their face values and not skills and qualifications. The DXC's Internal management and team itself would not consider its employee for domain change, highly toxic, discriminative environment. Too many back door and side door entries and manipulation. An employee have to spend 28 to 36 months to get a promotion, such a huge loss of time and experience. I would not suggest any one to join DXC for Technical Support.
