Duck creek is best place to work with people who respect, admire, mentor and treat you as friend and not just a colleague. Leads and manger are always helpful and nobody treats each other as competitior. Company culture and policies are more employee friendly. There is open door and skip level policy followed where one can speak directly to the Director or VP

-They are forward-thinking, transparent, Great people to work with. -The main factor because of we all are doing a job, Salary, is good as per designation and salary increment is also very good compare to other companies. -Free transportation -Every quarter, the company arranges special classroom training to sharp your technologies. -For the fun part, the company arranges Quarterly team lunch, half-yearly outing, and yearly party :) -Good support while pandemic, gave extra one-time allowance.

No specific cons, but the job is a particular tool base. Opportunities are very good for this tool outside the company but only a few companies. Cafeteria food is not good.
