-They are forward-thinking, transparent, Great people to work with. -The main factor because of we all are doing a job, Salary, is good as per designation and salary increment is also very good compare to other companies. -Free transportation -Every quarter, the company arranges special classroom training to sharp your technologies. -For the fun part, the company arranges Quarterly team lunch, half-yearly outing, and yearly party :) -Good support while pandemic, gave extra one-time allowance.

Dislikes

No specific cons, but the job is a particular tool base. Opportunities are very good for this tool outside the company but only a few companies. Cafeteria food is not good.

Job Security The way management is heading Customer Satisfaction is the last priority of the people who actually provide support and supposed to focus on CSat. Asking Employees to leave will do no good. THere are many people who have good vision and attitude to make this company better but the C management is not taking that in consideration.
