Asking Employees to leave will do no good. THere are many people who have good vision and attitude to make this company better but the C management is not taking that in consideration.

-They are forward-thinking, transparent, Great people to work with. -The main factor because of we all are doing a job, Salary, is good as per designation and salary increment is also very good compare to other companies. -Free transportation -Every quarter, the company arranges special classroom training to sharp your technologies. -For the fun part, the company arranges Quarterly team lunch, half-yearly outing, and yearly party :) -Good support while pandemic, gave extra one-time allowance.

Dislikes

No specific cons, but the job is a particular tool base. Opportunities are very good for this tool outside the company but only a few companies. Cafeteria food is not good.
