The best practise that this company has is Hire and Fire(Ops team). Ops team has a very commendable Manager who always hear comments and act right opposite to it or take decisions to fire with every proper reason note like 'its management's call'. Much appreciated for this kind of actions.

Everything. Everything they tell during time of interview, will be changed after joining. You will be surprised.

You won't get any space to prove yourself - High level politics Product leaders are useless wasting money on product which has no market Sales and Marketing still don't no how to sell the product and investing in useless channels Ridiculous human resources team don't no how people who doesn't no about hr becomes human resources leaders to be frank entire team is worthless Company = Only one client CEO should re-operate the entire management team until that company won't grow in the market

As my knowledge its wonderful environment to work. Here you can see a peoples more than 10 years. Mostly in our IT field every one having mentality to change with in some amount of interval becase of various reason. But, here i am seeing more than 20 members having experience above 8 years in this company itself. So, we judge based on this statistics ducen fulfill all possitive aspects. Who joined as fresher they are top most position now. So, they can manage friendly. Opportunities always open. Very appreciatable carrier Growth

Like other company its also having some small level politics. Management have to coorect it. There is no major negativity here. Peaceful environment only.
