Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Assembler Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Assembler language programming within a Mainframe environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mainframe architectures, system-level programming, and the ability to design and optimize code for performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Assembler programs for critical system components and applications in a Mainframe environment.
Write efficient, optimized code in Assembler language, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and hardware architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions.
Perform system-level debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure the stability and performance of Assembler-based applications.
Work closely with architects and senior developers to design and implement new features or enhancements in alignment with business objectives.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, system diagrams, and user guides.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Assembler programming.
Proficiency in Assembler language, including coding, debugging, and optimizing code for performance.
Strong understanding of Mainframe architectures, system-level programming, and related technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:
