Dubey and partners is a small law firm run by a business man. There is absolutely no concern given to the urgency or need of the employee. Whatever you learn is through going to the Court and looking out ways to get your work done. The company is run merely on the basis on business relationships which are high in uncertainty due to lack of involvement of the partners in the actual litigation that should be done.

Dislikes

I would have continued working at the firm had I received a better compensation and leave plan . In addition to this, absence of the guidance by partners and lack of matters at their disposal forced me to exit. I did not like the way I was treated on the last day of my job because after whatever big or small I did there there was no appreciation at all rather I was told that it was stupid of me to quit. I was a very fresh person to the industry due to which somehow I could not react to the situation. I learnt a lot in the firm but not by the senior members of the firm but my colleagues and running in the Court.

There honestly nothing to like about this place.

Dislikes

No recruits stay here for longer than 2 months. The managing partner only recruits unpaid assessment interns and makes them work with no regards to their health or career. There are constant abuse and demeaning of your life, even sexist comments asking you to get married fast to have a life. There is literally 0 guidance, go here if you knows how to figure things out by yourself or you have people from whom you can learn.
