I joined Dubey and Partners as an Assocoate attorney in the IPR branch. The managing partner Mr. Raj Dubey makes you feel that he is the best man alive but later YOU REALISE THE REALITY. He is very good at brainwashing i.e. for offering low remuneration.

Dubey and partners is a small law firm run by a business man. There is absolutely no concern given to the urgency or need of the employee. Whatever you learn is through going to the Court and looking out ways to get your work done. The company is run merely on the basis on business relationships which are high in uncertainty due to lack of involvement of the partners in the actual litigation that should be done....Read More

I would have continued working at the firm had I received a better compensation and leave plan . In addition to this, absence of the guidance by partners and lack of matters at their disposal forced me to exit. I did not like the way I was treated on the last day of my job because after whatever big or small I did there there was no appreciation at all rather I was told that it was stupid of me to quit. I was a very fresh person to the industry due to which somehow I could not react to the situation.
