Dubey and partners is a small law firm run by a business man. There is absolutely no concern given to the urgency or need of the employee. Whatever you learn is through going to the Court and looking out ways to get your work done. I would have continued working at the firm had I received a better compensation and leave plan . In addition to this, absence of the guidance by partners and lack of matters at their disposal forced me to exit. I did not like the way I was treated on the last day of my job because after whatever big or small I did there there was no appreciation at all rather I was told that it was stupid of me to quit. I was a very fresh person to the industry due to which somehow I could not react to the situation.
