Whatever you learn is through going to the Court and looking out ways to get your work done. I would have continued working at the firm had I received a better compensation and leave plan . In addition to this, absence of the guidance by partners and lack of matters at their disposal forced me to exit. I did not like the way I was treated on the last day of my job because after whatever big or small I did there there was no appreciation at all rather I was told that it was stupid of me to quit. I was a very fresh person to the industry due to which somehow I could not react to the situation.
