Being a new journey with Real estate industry DTC has given me an oppertunity to learn. Mostly i like all the recruiters who has given me chance to work after knowing that I'm from different industry. I appreciate my recruiters and operational team's support.

...ith an organisation we need support which I'm getting from my team all the time. But I think the salary should be little bit high. Otherwise everything is very good. Being a fresher in real estate it has given a good environment to learn and work.

The director of the company is good. Very supportive and giving such opportunities to learn new things.

Dislikes

Very worst HR management and toxic work environment. They are ready to cut your daily compensation for every point, which you might not be aware of that, even though they won't tell you the exact reason.

Job Security is average. Because during lock down also Management supported a lot. No attrition happened in last year until people left for their own reasons,Salary is on time, Especially HR team work hard to bring the salary date in a stimulated period, within 7th -8th it gets disbursed. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Leave ,Calender holidays, Bonus everything is here. Work culture needs more attention. But its developed a lot, Management is polite toward every employee. Company is growing so policies also need more attention.

Career Growth- No growth is here. Positions are the same after several years also. Positions are not being uplifted where higher positions are being hired. Training- NO Learning- I learnt few things from my senior, Salary- on time, Appraisal- This is my first appraisal, process ongoing Travel- NA, Politics- Politics is everywhere, no comments. I personally ignore toxic people Work Environment- Average Innovation-NA Work Life balance- no, 24/7 people call for their works, being I am on holiday,or I am in emergency, no matters what , secondly we have the late marking and fixed in time but out time, every day I stretch on till 7.30 pm minimum

After working 3 years in DTC PROJECTS PVT LTD, I think this is the major advantage for all staffs that we get our salary on time, even last year in lock down when many companies are closed , many companies couldn't pay salary to their staffs at that time DTC was by our side and we got our salary even bonus also. Our higher management always help us in any hard situation. All staffs in our company are very good and friendly behavior. We work together with free minds.

If company think about our salary scale in this present market situation it will be better for us. Company rules, regulation, leave , leave policy should be fixed

In a word- just everything. From the work culture to administrative coordination and the management's ethical all are just the way I wanted it to be.

... the company only after knowing and assessing the company details and practices. But, I wish only if the salary get bit revised to enjoy life in a better way.
