I was working for South India GM was supporting but reporting manager doesn't want outsider ( person from other states) To work with him He has his own business to work apart from job Company culture is awesome again

Great opportunity to work with DSS. Because company is take care of all employees and asked yourself also if you have share any problems then they will provide solutions, no working pressure, first priority on employees then work. I was left from DSS due to my medical issue but company will provide help 90 days after my treatment was completed and need to take rest and change location then I was resign the job. Always management is take care of all employees. And always behave as a friend.

DSS always give a chance to their employees to learn and come forward with the new ideas, this company respect to their employees in every aspects, that's why employees are working here since so many years. I am very much happy to be the part of this company and in next month I will be going to complete 9 years. Every company will tell you, we are the family but DSS has proven that, yes I am having very much for that. Management and the policies are also very well here. My colleagues are also very supportive. DSS is the best place to work and learn.

Didn't get proper guidance. Office politics are there.(chugli) Not as such good for freshers in food department.

DSS imagetech is the perfect example of balancing personal and professional life.The working culture is better than MNC and aggressively promoting make in India concept.There is no communication barrier between the top management and the lower staff.Company higher management stands with employees at the time of adversity.
