Coming on alternate Saturdays should be removed, so that employ gets time to develop individually and could also spend productive time in their personal lives. Which indeed increases the productivity by reducing all these stresses that are being accumulated

It would be preferable to have the option to work from home within a month. It's better to have Saturdays off as it can improve our productivity throughout the week.
