Obviously, in my 2 years career with DreamzTech, I have been fortunate to be a part of the product team and learn new processes and technologies. I have been technically challenged many times while the new version releases but my team members have supported me every time. Personally I have gained a lot of confidence being a part of this company

My Job security and salary on time helps me to focus on my career completely.

...to grow is very nice for employees who want to experiment on their learnt skill. Salary and performance was moderate.

Dislikes

1. Management has no value for good resource all that they care is money and people who praise them in their foolishness. 2. No training or job security in this organization as they find money making to be their only objective at any cost. 3. No Work life balance as they have no process in their Work procedure. 4. Personally , I was not able to grow in the organization and was stagnant for 2 years.

Teammates are great over there supportive. And only good thing is pay scale.

Dislikes

Manager level doesn't know anything and management treats employees as money machine and language used by management is horrible. Worst job security, no innovation, no work life balance, huge politics and always you will hear some big dreams but no utilisation.

...rovided compensation is high fixed contract should not be broken as done before. If the company say that they would pay Rs 1 Lac if the company releases the resources before hand they should abide by it not cheat the resource that they did to me.

I disliked their fixed contract which meant if the company releases the resources they would pay Rs 1 Lac which they did not pay.
