I like about my Working status is good work environment and culture, since last 3 years, but i want more growth and development, hence to go for better opportunity in future..

Dislikes

Lots of politicians and doesn't have any management for Employers, salary and career growth is slow.

Not good for long approach some official is cheap minded, engineer trated as labour

Dislikes

Lead person is not good, they are support to non technical engineers who are working since long..No appreciation... No management... Don't go in DRA.. Entry is easy but exit is very tough

Learning environment is more. Everyone will get chance to learn the new things from other branches of engineering.

Dislikes

Team mates in this company are friendly. There is no training procedure in this company, everything you have to learn by own. No scope for new ideas and innovation.

No job security, office culture is very disgusting, work environment is very poor, seniors plays politics with juniors , poor salary and appraisal based on how good you are with boss .. performance doesn't matter for them. You can not balance your work-life there. Very poor management. Not recommended.

A very good consultancy. So many experience person associated with DRA. Good for the freshers and 1_3yrs exp person

Salary/,appraisal, as compared work is very less most of time, so many rules and regulations for employee but no other benifits compared to rules
