No job security, office culture is very disgusting, work environment is very poor, seniors plays politics with juniors , poor salary and appraisal based on how good you are with boss .. performance doesn't matter for them. You can not balance your work-life there. Very poor management. Not recommended.

Team mates in this company are friendly. There is no training procedure in this company, everything you have to learn by own. No scope for new ideas and innovation.

Work Details

I am responsible for design of utility system mostly for cement plants like design of comp air, cooling water, process piping, firefighting tendering, BOQs, Estimates etc. Some time i have to work in water department for checking their mechanical aspects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
