Poor Salary to long associated employees and appraisal parameters should be improved. Too much emphasis on primary billing rather than a solid comprehensive plan for secondary generation

Politics at local level for appraisal and growth is very high, HR only sees what your L+1 shows without giving any chance to you too evaluate. If your L+1 is involved in politics no one is there to see it.
