Job security. On time salary credit. Senior employee support. Management support for personal growth.

Fixed appraisal for every 18 months. Work-Life balance is very difficult due to timings. Week offs on weekends is a bit challenging. Salary is irrelevant to our working experience, knowledge and working hours.

I used to like to see my cases with passion and full dedication but the owner only wanted money and target.

...s likable. Without any notice period as per terms and conditions during joining. They didn't even pay my two months salary of March and April 2020 and laid me down during COVID starting.

...ry minute they think of money. No service is provided to patients who pay money. Salary is less. Work Pressure is more. They have less patients but want referrals. Those who are serious of career DO NOT JOIN.

Bad work environment pressure more... management is not transparent.work hours more less salary , worst company policies, appraisals are not fair and not give such good salary hike ...bonus option is not there... overall work experience is worst

There is lot of politics and management support only managers. Here doctors are like money making Machine , career growth is like hell, salary never credited at time
