Teachers are paid good salary compared to the other day schools.

It has a terrible work environment. Management comes up with new ideas overnight and expects the staff to accomplish the same. They are rude and disrespectful towards their employees.

Axe employee without notice period, the last salary is paid after a year or so even if employee regions professionally, management is professionally strong but very very slow decision making

Dpsg faridabad can't grow due to lack of leadership, politics and policy paralysis. This school is deteriorating day by day due to wrong people in organization. It needs a lot of attention from higher department. No one give right feedback to head office. There is no respect for good teachers. Students are also not coming because policy paralysis and chages of teachers. No stability for teachers. Thanks

Only the CBSE rules of less summer vacation and winter vacation which is much needed by any teacher .
