please refer the above ratings on the organization, you wont get any chance to grow in the organization, its completely korean based company, they recruit Indians on project base, and you have to work a per there guidelines, no skill development, no growth, Job culture worst, In internal politics best in India, most of the Indians doing corruption, No control, no standards.

... and culture in Doosan the doosan family' supportive and management transparent. company' policies are good appraises are fair and they give good salary hike and bonous and duwali gifts also every year

Pros:of Joining Doosan is you will paid advance salary 2. Work life balance is also good

Cons: You won't be allowed to do any extra for your personal growth. 2. You will be always monitored by the Korean people and they always force you to do their way it doesn't matter whether it is wrong or not

satisfactory, acceptable, skill development but job security less and you can say less salary rather than other MNC company

regarding my project experience, company need to be developing the Management system and Recruiting cell and choose the proper& best sub contractor.
