The salary is competitive. One thing that needs to be mentioned is that salary is always paid on-time. There hasn’t been a single delay in my case. Like the work atmosphere and the nature of people here

IF someone want to have a job then please don't ever join the company it will give you the bad exp. of your life as an employee , Good for Hr only and bad for rest profile seniors and TL are pathetic they will tell you to work smartly then working hard in a lead generation profile . when you will ask them to tell you that smart way they will not say anything because it didn't exist . The company won't even provide you with basic facility they are so poor as a company that you have to use your own phone to make calls for their business which is anane and will deduct single penny if you take an off. BIG NOO

I joined Doon consultancy on August 1, 2024 and my experience has been disappointing. Even they were not provide proper training. And I received no feedback on my performance-neither verbally or written. After just 1.5 months, the CEO Meeta wasan gujral terminated many employees without given any clear reason, pressuring us to sign resignation letter without time to review them. I felt coerced, as they warned that refusing to sign would result in immediate termination. When i raised my concerns via email, I was met with blame instead of support. They even requested I retract my email and threatened legal action against me. While they claimed I didn’t need to serve a notice period, the overall environment felt unstable and unsupportive. I do not recommend working here if you’re seeing a healthy workplace culture or job security.

The company had a good run and was a great place to work to be honest. From a young just out of college fresher's perspective it was a great place to start off from even though the Compensation wasn't reasonable and meager for metro standards. They had a good team. The CEO isn't mentally fit for the top job. She is cruel and greedy doesn't regard the need of her employees or the organization as a priority and no one can work alongside her for more than a few weeks maybe except a few employees. Last few years have been horrendous. She has fired every capable employee and many have left as a result.

Dislikes

The management is cruel, greedy, inconsiderate and does not have any vision. They have been in business for almost 20 years yet failed to diversify and be successful. If they had a capable CEO things might have worked out differently. To anyone reading this and thinking of joining the organization OR have started working here my suggestion is RUN ! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE ! AND SAVE YOURSELF.
