The company had a good run and was a great place to work to be honest. From a young just out of college fresher's perspective it was a great place to start off from even though the Compensation wasn't reasonable and meager for metro standards. They had a good team. The CEO isn't mentally fit for the top job. She is cruel and greedy doesn't regard the need of her employees or the organization as a priority and no one can work alongside her for more than a few weeks maybe except a few employees. Dislikes

The management is cruel, greedy, inconsiderate and does not have any vision. They have been in business for almost 20 years yet failed to diversify and be successful. If they had a capable CEO things might have worked out differently. To anyone reading this and thinking of joining the organization OR have started working here my suggestion is RUN ! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE ! AND SAVE YOURSELF.

My team lead mentored me nicely, so I got well-acquainted with the sales strategies and the plans. Onboarding, hand-holding, mock calls, on the job training are taken very seriously here. The managers place much emphasis on learning. Team members are friendly and supportive.

On a few occasions, target pressure can be felt. I do understand that it is part of the Sales profile.

The salary is competitive. One thing that needs to be mentioned is that salary is always paid on-time. There hasn’t been a single delay in my case. Like the work atmosphere and the nature of people here

Cafeteria area is small so at times you have to wait for your turn to eat.

Hiring is purely on a merit basis. HR offers you complete support during the whole interview process. The onboarding was nicely done. Thoroughly enjoying my work here.

I had the chance to work with some great colleagues who provided me with their support and guidance. The company culture was generally welcoming and collaborative. When it comes to the CEO, I must say that she was an exciting person to work with. He had the vision and drive to take the company to the next level.

There is nothing to appreciate. Company will hire you for there use and just lay off or put you in PIP.

Daily targets are asked like homework given in school. Micro management and work given is like pre sales. Dont go on designation.

They offer a work-life balance that helps me to pursue my passion for playing guitar post working hours. They have created extensive training programs which are very helpful such as – Microsoft Training, Soft Skills training, Inside Sales Training etc

Dislikes

Kind of fixed work timing there (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm), Flexi timings would be appreciated.

You will keep learning on a daily basis here. Customized training programs are extremely beneficial. Would also like to add that the leadership team is always available and I have been able to seek their advice whenever required. They have always shown trust in me and led me in the right direction.
