Any sales or top executive level the company is good. The only time they will provide good salary is when you are joining the company but followed by job insecurity while working.

Dislikes

average work life balance, nil promotions,nil job security. Huge politics and management too is like to make a complete juice out of employee's and throw it away when they don't need you. For design engineers (especially heavy duty),low& medium grade employees, the company is very bad.

...political pepole in all department. Experience people don't choose this company. Many people are getting salary in this company hiddenly they working other's company. Very worst experience.

Nothing to like it here, soon they are moving somewhere around pennalur, Sriperumbudur.

Dislikes

HR people here are favourable to the employer. We shall not believe anything they say. You'll have to work more for nothing. Just 9 national holidays a year, less CL 6/year, EL they will eat it if exceeds. 6 days a week working but still you should work extra time no comp. Off, no OT and nothing will be awarded for that.
