Work culture is good. I have never seen any sort of pressurisation from my bosses in the company.

...tead of looking for growth from poor end, they are more likely to shut the unit. For which the employees have to pay the penalty

They do provide work from home facilities for the executives. WFO for the Delhi employees. WFH for Hyderabad and Bangalore employees.

Dislikes

No hr interaction after selection on executive level. Poor work life balance. Sometimes you have to beg for morning shifts. Female executives get more care than male executives. No rule here the customer and the clients are the king. As per the Sales team the company is running. Every day the process is getting changed. Too much experiments which causing several escalation. Managers showcasing front end executive as guilty for the escalation to save their jobs. No training no personal development. Even process getting changed through whatsapp communications.

Work life balance is good. Overall a nice company to work with. Respect the QA and the timelines and you will be good.

Dislikes

The only thing lacking is proper communication between different teams. So much burden on single lead person often leading to delays in delivery of items.

All I liked about working here is that I got to learn many things and I have got an Amazing and Supportive Team.

Dislikes

The first thing I dislike is that being a Product based Company it is run by inexperienced People who got institutionalised in Service Oriented Culture. They like wasting time and Money on unnecessary things. There is a lot of deviation from the Company’s vision and Mission. Higher Management is inexperienced. Not a User focused company. You cannot enjoy your work here. Most people who built it are no more in the Company. DocOnline’s Employee retention is very poor as they do not know how to treat them properly. So, just think before joining it.
