They do provide work from home facilities for the executives. WFO for the Delhi employees. WFH for Hyderabad and Bangalore employees.

Dislikes

No hr interaction after selection on executive level. Poor work life balance. Sometimes you have to beg for morning shifts. Female executives get more care than male executives. No rule here the customer and the clients are the king. As per the Sales team the company is running. Every day the process is getting changed. Too much experiments which causing several escalation. Managers showcasing front end executive as guilty for the escalation to save their jobs. No training no personal development. Work culture is good. I have never seen any sort of pressurisation from my bosses in the company.

There is no job security. Upper Level authorities have no long term vision. Instead of looking for growth from poor end, they are more likely to shut the unit. For which the employees have to pay the penalty
