State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

Growth is very slow They can transfer you anytime anywhere. Transfer policy is just on paper. Not worried about your family issue and your personal life Travel expense paid is very low

No management,sinior never supported, Daily over times 1 hours+, over times payment nothing, week off issue,F3,S1,s2 all are gavar bad language use .HR(dis) is one of worst. After you leaving job FNF so much issues creat.
