Salary is on time. Policies are also good, they give good bonus on every Diwali

There is lot of politics. Some of senior manager don't have sense how to talk with juniors. But overall company is good no doubt. Career growth is also good in this company if your bond is good with your manager, as per my experience appraisal are not fair, its not depend on your hardwork, I worked 18-20hrs at site overall for junior level this company is not good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
