Management(when afair by officer with girl then his resign and D.m or A.m afair with ladies then they continue job And also Don't take a action against him) I don't like this management because rules is rules If afair with girl by officer then resign and Area manager & Department manager afair with lady then not resign.(Rules is Rules for every employee) I request to HO(Top level) officer please this not fair.

State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .
