...g their own thing which is leading to chaos and disappointing company culture 3. Huge disparity in pay packages within same team leading to favoritism and unnecessary politics 4. The Ceo and Co-founders don't look eye-to-eye with each other which is the root cause of all troubles of the company 5. Groupism and conspiracies spawning across the org leading to a civil war kind of scenario within the org. 6. No parity or clear process of any kind, and if anyone wants to amend it, there is least support from management, leading to frustration and anxiety 7. Sporadic and non-thought-through hiring leading to situations of lay-off later

Salary on time. And 6 hrs working from office.

Dislikes

Poor job security. Appraisal are delayed around 7 months even still people waiting. No new features they are building right now only running complete product in maintenance mode. Merging team, moving people to support team from technology.

It gave me a good start in my career. Salary and benefits were good before but from 2022 they are in huge loss. They have done 2 rounds of layoffs 1st in December and 2nd in May 2023. They are only giving 5% appraisals to there current employees after 1.5 years. It's better to think twice before joining this loss making company.

You get to work on great extensive products used by big clients. Flexibility to switch between teams & tech.

Dislikes

Worst thing is the biasness in terms of salary for same kind of skill & work. Most of seniors get even less pay than juniors working under them. No work life balance, arrogant product heads. Work is the first priority here for that you have to work on weekends or off hours if needed. MICRO MANAGING.

there is nothing to like, no perks, no self growrh no company growth, no appraisal very negative environment.

Dislikes

very informal, dont get appraisal even after 2 years, huge cost cutting, mass layoffs, time period of this company is in big question mark
