This was my first job after completing my btech. So i loved the job and the company. Colleagues were very friendly and supportive. Team leaders were also good. I got many things to learn here.

Dislikes

...igher post. Promotions are only for the native of karnataka, no others will get. Also, salary is less for the experienced person. hikes are very less.

Managers are good. Salary is less but incentives like night shift allowence is good.

Dislikes

Lot of work pressure. Lot of metrics targets you to achieve. Daily new policies. Continious work from shift start to end. Only 40 minutes of break.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transperant. There is a cafeteria and huge space for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is best for freshers comparing to other companies in Mangalore. But the career growth is slow for masters.. And hike is yearly once which is not much acceptable..

... culture is well managed and explained, company policies are explained properly. Salary is credited on time. Training, food, accommodation, hospitality, guidance, support is too good. I am regretting for leaving the job at Diya Systems thinking that I had got a better opportunity which was wrong. Team managers and team mates are very co- operative and supportive. You will get better opportunities to showcase your talent once you join. You can explore yourself for internal jobs. Initially you might find the job difficult but once you get adjusted you will never look back. The compensations, incentives are higher than you can imagine. One will enjoy being in Diya Systems once the role is set.

I do not have any dislike about working at Diya systems because the company has treated me far better than I had imagined.

It is a good experience in Diya system. We will get opportunity in career growth. Have a good relation with Higher hierarchy and with juniors. Everyone are supportive. Since it is nearer to my location, I successfully completed 3 years. Compensation and benefits are less compare to other company. Overall, I'm happy working in Diya system.

Compensation and benefits are less compare to other company. Hikes( Salary) are less. Employers are not getting salary what they deserve. Company has politics, but I never experienced. Management are not listen workers opinion.
