I could use it during powercuts in my room. - Shift allowance inr 300 during public holidays. Managers are good. Salary is less but incentives like night shift allowence is good.

Lot of work pressure. Lot of metrics targets you to achieve. Daily new policies. Continious work from shift start to end. Only 40 minutes of break.

Good opportunities for a fresher who has no other options than working in a tier 2 city , Interview is easy to crack . Fun on floor events and cultural events . No high pressure form managers . Flexible timings

Very low pay , too much repetitive work , no appreciation for any extra efforts that you put , future prospects are zero this is just a company for normal experience
