...HR policies During interviews recruitment team lure with iphone iPad facility...which ultimately you have to pay while leaving the organisation. No job security at all.

1) Sunday and Saturday ulternate off is good. 2) Canteen Food is very good.

1) Increments not taken if you join dishman any one salary than after 3 years salary is same before 3 years . 2)No Job security.

...achieve all Dreams in my life.Company has Excellent travel and Canteen facility.In this pandemic Times company give Salary to their employees.i think this is the very heart touching.

Company Cannot give remuneration to Apprentice Engineer.They give only styfund which is provided by Government.

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company not adopt latest technology. Not proper man power utilastation. Some time employee bevear of local worker. Due to HR not take against action. So bed effect of product quality& production target. More experince & good talenteted person is quick left job due to parsality in all dept. Annual incerement police& leave police every year change so employee disetifaction. There are not proper plannig of productionside very highly westage Utility&mantainees part.
