Less work. More work life balance. Office premise is good. Managers dont know what we are working on so if you want to spend time on self learning, then you can join here and get paid for your self learnings. Reference policy is good. If you have an internal reference from senior employee then your selection is sure.

My experience in last two and half years. Terrible Management and HR function. No timely hike and bonus. Management team needs training of communication, negotiation, management skills etc. Engineering Managers dont know engineering. Managers are happy with so many people reporting to them to keep them busy in one to one meetings Information and security team is appreciated for everything that happens in the company and other teams are useless for them. They are offering big CTCs to outsiders but not able to take care of existing employees. Meetings are more of time waste. All meetings are like fun event with personal talks, comedy topics, pulling legs of someone, cracking jokes etc. Management not focused on the growth of employees, new technologies and trends, innovations, trainings. Company not giving promotions to eligible and deserving engineers and but only to their favorite people

...peatitive . Will have to handle more operational work rather than development . salary for the role and experience is less compared to market standards.

... good company to learn new technology. You can upskill. Learn lot of new things. Initially you van get good package.

Dislikes

I work here for wireless 5G team. There is no timings for work. I usually work more than 12 hours a day. Can expect less hike. It depends on the field you are working.

Wfo is happening, in US communication may be sloppy. Reaching ofc location is little problem due to metro work
