Salary and benefits offered is good. They offer flexible work timings, but it is dependent on your manager. Literally, everything about you in the company depends on the manager. The Bengaluru office of Diligent was acquired twice and during the acquisition, even non-deserving people got promotions and these people hold powerful positions in the company.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic. Regional politics (a lot of them are from Tamil Nadu and they support people from that region). I had the worst manager.

There are lot of opportunities to work on new tech stack. Ideas from the team members are heard. Work culture is generally good in terms of work life balance, facilities, people around.
