Diligent Benefits

1) Company paid premiums with family floater of INR 700,000. 2) Family definition includes spouse, 4 dependent children, and 2 parents or parents-in-law. 3) Pre-existing ailments are covered. 4) Dependents are required to be added to the policy within 30 days of start date. 5) Coverage includes, hospitalization and pre-and post-hospitalization expenses, surgery including robotic surgery, maternity, ambulance, annual health check up through Healthi, mediassit portal.

Diligent will pay for an annual health check-up for employees through Healthi. Employees can also get discounted rates for family members on a self pay basis. Employees will receive an email from Healthi on details on how to use this benefit.

1) 18 days of paid leave in addition to public holidays per year. 2) Female employees who have worked at least 80 days in the 12 months immediately preceding the expected delivery date are entitled to 26 weeks of fully paid maternity leave. Those that do not fulfill this criteria are entitled to 18 weeks. 6 weeks paid parental leave for non-primary caregivers.
