1.You will get to learn a lot of things in your tech and also have freedom to interact and learn other domains 2. I have rarely heared gossiping or bitching in team because every one is so occupied in work that they don't have time for it. 3. Continously a push happens from management to upskill

Dislikes

1. They will throw you out if their bottom line is in danger won't look at your contribution. 2. They install time tracking on laptop (somewhat management is lacks a bit of trust ) 3. Worklife balance concept won't work here I have seen people work for 12 hrs a week 4. If you are silent person then lot of work will come in ur basket

Likes

Digite is a great company to learn skills. It is one of the companies with the best quality of work in terms of tech stack and learning. You also get a lot of recognition and value in this company. It is one of the few companies which is actually Agile.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work pressure is high. Earlier we had a 5 day work week but on some days due to the huge load it became 6 work day week. Because everyone is loaded in work from top to bottom, often seniors are not able to guide the junior folk.
