Management team is fine but the manager and team lead are not fine . Team lead & project lead work must be governed by management team. They just passing the time and data they enter in unfuddle are not correct by team lead.

Growth is too high, encouraging to work without pressure, work environment is too good and adapting all the religious culture.. My managers do value an individuals and appreciate the unique strengths, Always getting more opportunities to prove myself, got high learning environment to understand the architecture and broad business scales..

Company has nice work culture. Open to communication and innovation. We can learn new programing language and different type of payment gateway. Company value each and every individuals and appreciate. Personally I Got lot of opportunities to improve technical skills, communication skills, Customer and team handling
