Salary and perquisites are slightly below industry standards, very slow reaction time, too many procedures to follow

Very Poor Leadership quality of Management due to continuous politics Toxic culture due to toxic style of working by MD No involvement and care from Japan hence no job security No respect of logistics functions

The company has been in the sector for a very long time and has a good presence in the market. Hence, it is a well known company among the ones in the sector

Dislikes

No proper recognition mechanism, no proper boundaries and not a good place for young employees to grow.

I love the name its super funny also there was one guy named ramesh who was super kind to me and all the other interns and he was pretty charming and also sometimes flirty but i didnt mind it despite him being so much older than me because see based on the stories he told us one could quite easily gather that he didnt have the best childhood growing up and to top it off his wife divorced him so it was easy to sympathise with the chap you feel me

Dislikes

and also when you consider that ramesh just has slightly below average social skills you start to understand his odd flirty mannerisms that come to light from time to time like those chips that don't have any flavouring on them in a lays packet like yeah okay when you do end up finding them they do slightly deter the experience but they are few and far between and overall you still enjoy your packet of chips right? my favourite flavour is tangy tomato btw
