Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data from various business units (e.g., production, sales, logistics) to generate meaningful insights for business strategy.
• Maintain all sales related data and drive regular reflection on the analytics with Business Managers & Sales Head to drive Sales reviews (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly)
• Support Sales Head for various periodic review presentations with analysis and insights

Forecasting & Trend Analysis:

• Support forecasting efforts by analyzing past business performance and predicting future trends, especially with respect to Product, Customer, RMPV etc.
• Driving pricing analysis of our existing products and comparison with market trends and insights
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to benchmark the companys performance against industry standards

Business Intelligence Tools:

• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Internal CRM or Excel to communicate findings effectively.
• Identify new opportunities to digitalise and gamify sales data processing for ease of sales teams and increase their adoption

Sales Support:

• Facilitate and act as backend support for the Sales team’s activities so as to maximize performance
• Work closely with the sales team to clarify and validate credit note requests, and verify them as per company policy
• Coordinate with Finance team for credit note adjustments in customer accounts and resolve any disputes with respective sales teams
• Coordinate for internal audits
