The salary is extremely low compared to the market standard and apprisals are delayed every year. The sale managers are arrogont , have own dealership and the sales head has childish behaviour and immature person. Around 50% employee leave every year with and average of 7 to 8 resignation every month, which is about 5% of the total staff at Diasys. HR is unable to retain anyone. I am just waiting for my apprisal in feb , once i get it , i will start searching new job. If you are not getting any job in the market, you can join , pass some time , and then leave for a better opportunity. Also if you based at Head office , you can make some girlfriends and njoy your life. Because people in higher management are doing the same. I have seen a lot of comments , but i think the negative feedback are deleted by HR team , rather than taking positive approach and improving the same. Their Great place to work is complete nonsense how can diasys be best of to work when 50% of the employee leave every year. I still dont understand why they spend so much on thailand and nepal trip instead of increasing pay of seniors managers , which had made them leave. At the rate things are going, i fell within the next two year the company will shut down completelty.

You will have to work as a servant other than the post for which you will be recruited. Moreover, there are many attitude problems of some managers here. It will seem like he knows everything and you know nothing. Attitude is very bad. If you come from other industry it will create many problems for you.

Higher Management is very good. Specially Sachin Sir and Kunjal sir is very helpful.

East team local managers are worst. They don't try to grown this company up. They always blaim on down the line staff. And specially their behaviour is very bad for us as well as customers. If they will improve then the company is mind blowing.

LALA company , Different rules of everyone HR Re-hiring corrupt people in supply chain Sales Managers and Head dont know how to talk with females HR Dept is completey Fail , too many talened people have left company in past 1 year which has created entire and led to downfall.

Company managment communicates only with Regional managers for Reports, local ASM is not considered for that. Prices are high in comparison to other exitisting products in same product line.
