There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training in not given to new joining

Nothing is good things. There is no future growth at DHL retail counter.

If you will join the retail counter.you will have to work on third part payroll. Increment will be very less per year. If you will try for company payroll. If you want to apply for company parole then you have to pay commission. It doesn't matter how much experience you have of that company.

Best part of Dhl is your job is secure here. People are working here from a long time. But there is no growth opportunity. Forget about good appraisal. Lot of executives are working here from 5 to 10 year for below than 18k.

Terrible part is salary, appraisal and growth opportunity. People working here from last 10 years are still off roll and there no opportunity option for them.

Team members are good supportive, working environment is good and company provides lots of other benefits .

Pvt sector company and like others no Pvt sector company provide job security .Appraisal are bad in operations but good in other department no very satisfactory salary package in operations only supervisor got good salary.Thats the really main issue at the end of day money matters for everyone .

My Review is for DHL GSC Centre Vikhroli Mumbai, Not for DHL main office. DHL main office e.g. Supply chain is awesome company to work with as my friend loved to work there. Even I would love to go for Supply chain or DHL Main office but DHL GSC Centre is not so good.

... check on employees, make them frustrated and leave the job as soon as possible. They think they can higher new college pass outs at low salary and work will be done as fluidly and efficiently as old employees doing it.
