Pvt sector company and like others no Pvt sector company provide job security .Appraisal are bad in operations but good in other department no very satisfactory salary package in operations only supervisor got good salary.Thats the really main issue at the end of day money matters for everyone .

My Review is for DHL GSC Centre Vikhroli Mumbai, Not for DHL main office. DHL main office e.g. Supply chain is awesome company to work with as my friend loved to work there. Even I would love to go for Supply chain or DHL Main office but DHL GSC Centre is not so good.

... check on employees, make them frustrated and leave the job as soon as possible. They think they can higher new college pass outs at low salary and work will be done as fluidly and efficiently as old employees doing it.

Good pay & globally a great company . Sad that backwards managers who needs us to bow down to his insults and ugly comments and supervisors that support it makes the lives of employees bad

The management in South India is backwards and plays heavy politics with employees, they create rumors of employees and use it again in appraisal .

Environment, learning new things about culture and about our product got lots of information about customs paperwork and about logistics and courier.. 👍

As I am working with third party payroll I disappointed by salary and also about the promotion. Salary should increase every year with good amount as increment..

Working atmosphere is a great thing. But nowadays salary should be better. Their is not more difference between Sr Executive and Executive in salary now. So a lot of people are now thinking for the future. We need to survive in life as cost of living so high. People wants to be part of DHL but... I personally spent more then 10 years here now I am unable to survive with the salary. But no complain, it's life.

Free food facilities are not available like other industries even free snacks. Tea quality is not good.
