If you are a foodie guy then you can join this company. Overall office envoirnment is good. HR Department is conducting different kind of activities for there employee's.

...l put you on backfoot. You will never learn something new related to your field. Payroll head is always ready to deduct the employees salary, even it was unintantional mistake. He is never protacting and supporting his team members. and never assign the KRA/ task according the member's designation/ capbility.

Balance between personal and professional life. Specially for project department. 1. No Saturday/Sunday off 2. No job timming 3. No good policies for project department. 4. No overtime , No camp off , working like machine in projects specially site incharges.

I was join as team member and now working as Restaurant manager so it's mean their is lot of opportunity for growth. Company policies are good if you know well. I can say that after crona Company's work culture changed for employees. Before crona better then present...

... Everyone want 100% result but sometime not give you 100%support for 100%result. As per work load salary is low.
