Leadership is motivating and pushes the team in positive direction of work. Office culture is good. It is a child friendly office.

Salary is never on time and HR never intimates or informs about the delays. Salary has been delayed for 15-20 days as well. There is no work from home option. It is 6 days work from office which is very bad for work-life balance.

The team is nice, helpful

...ent of things. Archaic and slow to react and address the needs of the employees. Pay is late a lot of the times. The hours are horrible, especially for senior managers, who can be shown empathy towards. But they become frustrated and it transfers down the chain of command after that. Organisationally, it is a mess. A clutter of square pegs in round holes. Horrible work-life balance as you have to work on Saturdays as well, with a school-like strictness about it. The idea is to build organisational cohesion, but in honesty, it just creates manifests frustration for the a large section of the workforce.
