Also plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high due to short of Staffs. we have to work 10-12 hours in straight in a day. Managers do not value an individual's unique streights, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do not have receive appreciations Emails from my Managers. Also there is no on job training for Freshers most of times I was seen. Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Job security is there, work life balance is also, one time salary is good but yearly appraisals are not good. Rest the company for staying for long time and take a retirement.
