...ory authority. Training is absolute zero and none in senior management are SMEs. They are there only to earn salary and boss around by abusing their powers.

Senior management abusing their power. Zero work life balance. Their employees welfare programs are just a facade They falsely the roles and it's responsibility at the time of hiring and never stick to anything stipulated under offer letter

My team & my manager are good. But I’ve noticed not teams struggling with poor managers.

...m office (hybrid days are not flexible). Therefore, work-life balance is sad. 2. Salary hikes & bonus are very poor. 3. Enabling functions (HR, Transport & IT) are a joke. They keep pushing you from pillar to post. No one takes onus to resolve. Needs MAJOR improvement.

Very good work culture and flexibility is provided to each employee. Good company specially for the women employees and Diversity is looked at most Important.

Dislikes

Just the bonus part it's because of the team budget. Hike is reasonably good..We can earn that bonus with our hike only each month.
