Very good work culture and flexibility is provided to each employee. Good company specially for the women employees and Diversity is looked at most Important.

Just the bonus part it's because of the team budget. Hike is reasonably good..We can earn that bonus with our hike only each month.

Poor management and old technologies far behind the current market models and implementation, no good salary benefits

...d but it all comes down to the team you're in. Never get into India team, never. Culture, compensation everything else is good but it all comes down to the team you're going to be working with.

There's no work life balance here. Also, comes down to the team you're working for. I don't have no work life and thoug.

The company culture is very good Also it's an employee orientated company It also values diversity and promotes a healthy work life balance

The salary is not upto the mark. Again it varies department to department and also the appraisal hike percent is really low which leads to an all-time low salary.

DB group is a very big name and it has also started making profit in some years. The working culture is good and the facilities are well worth.

Dislikes

The compensation structure is very slow... People tends to get promoted very slowly here.. Also, work life bance is not very well managed
