Very good work culture and flexibility is provided to each employee. Good company specially for the women employees and Diversity is looked at most Important.

Dislikes

Just the bonus part it's because of the team budget. Hike is reasonably good..We can earn that bonus with our hike only each month.

Poor management and old technologies far behind the current market models and implementation, no good salary benefits

...d but it all comes down to the team you're in. Never get into India team, never. Culture, compensation everything else is good but it all comes down to the team you're going to be working with.

There's no work life balance here. Also, comes down to the team you're working for. I don't have no work life and thoug.

DB group is a very big name and it has also started making profit in some years. The working culture is good and the facilities are well worth.

The compensation structure is very slow... People tends to get promoted very slowly here.. Also, work life bance is not very well managed

Everything about the organization is up to the mark Healthy environment, good people and environment, work ethics , work culture everything is in one plate. A politics free environment.

May be pay..only that if the bank can reconcile as per their competitors.
