Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ioned they delete the reviews. Wow! This company is the worst you could work at. They don’t even pay you because of their own silly mistakes! They don’t pay people according to their value or worth.

No. Cannot be polite here at all. They don’t pay. They have no manners. They treat their employs horribly. Also they have no futuristic vision . Especially the HR here and her husband the founder, do you even know what your job exactly is? First pay everyone’s debt. Only then you can go forward.

... in the destek, multiple projects are there so we can gain a lot of knowledge. The most important thing I need to mention here, there is no salary cut and deduction even in this coronavirus period. Destek continuously takes care about the salaries of every employee.
