Junior Employees who worked in the company was quite nice & innocent but from the management to the Founder & Co-Founder and Head HR was extremely toxic and fraud people.

Dislikes

They make you work extremely hard and then don't pay your salaries. Most of the newbies in the company don't get paid and when they ask about salary, HR says, your work is not good enough that's the reason you can't get paid. Another excuse they put forward is, currently the company doing very bad financially so your have to wait for the salary.

...tten by non performing ex employees. Company gave all the opportunities always. I am completely satisfied with pay scale also. I am enjoying working at Destek.

- Salary 50-60 days delay every time ( They gave reason we don't have fund or investors) - Management sweet voice trap for new joining employee & fake promises - Nothing to grow here - Using Tapori language by Management team - The are not giving FNF Money (last 2-3 Month) After resign most of employee. - When you follow up for your Hard work money (salary) they use word like ham kahi bhagke ja nahi rahe ya client ne paisa diya hi nahi, doesn't take responsibility for own firm...strange - After samll small projects done they suddenly fire most of employee for funny reason like How dare to ask you about leave or how dare to ask you teams salary issue with us...!! - Work from home ka fayda galat utha rahe ye management team

... destroy many careers in this start-Up by using use & throw method for employee - 50-60 days delay salary for every month (they don't have fund, investor) - Most off resigned or fired employee 99% they didn't pay last (2-3 Month) salaries when former employee call or message for pending salaries the said we don't have fund, market collapse, company in big trouble it means they never gave you your last 2-3 month salary. - HR Head is always confused person i ever seen my life.. Ha ha ha. - Interview time they never said we are start-up (they pretend we are It firm Like Unicorn) - Never join this unprofessional, no office, no ethics, No money, No respect firm.
